PGA Professional and Chef Lars Culmann brings passionate amateur cooks and hungry golfers from the driving range to the kitchen, and provides them with help and advice on the greens and in the kitchen.

A day on the greens is not only fun, but also makes one hungry. And after successful training sessions on the course, guests can therefore meet the challenges of the kitchen.
From Thursday to Sunday everything rotates Hotel »Das Ludwig" about Blanch's, putting, pan and iron.
Lars Culmann teaches professionally technique on the course in small groups and then shows you
exquisite recipes in detail.
