Wie eine nicht repräsentative Umfrage der Agentur Golf Tourism Development & Services (GTDS) unter rund 5700 golfspielenden Mitgliedern des Business Netzwerk „XING" (www.xing.com) ergab, bevorzugen fast 30% aller Befragten in diesem Jahr einen Golfurlaub im eigenen Land, anstelle einer Fernreise.
